OBS Deck is distributed through the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These notes add to it.
What the app does
OBS Deck sends commands to and reads state from an OBS Studio instance that you configure. You are responsible for the OBS computer, its network exposure and the password protecting its WebSocket server. Actions you trigger in the app, such as starting a stream or recording, take effect in OBS immediately.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every command reaches OBS or that OBS behaves as expected, and we are not liable for missed recordings, interrupted streams or other losses that follow from using the app.
Your data
Your configuration belongs to you. The app keeps it on your devices and, if you choose, in your own iCloud: backups in your iCloud Drive and OBS passwords in iCloud Keychain. See the Privacy Policy.
Trademarks
OBS and OBS Studio are trademarks of their respective owners. OBS Deck is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OBS Project.
